Consultant Solicitor Paul Darlington, completed the 152 mile Blackpool to Hornsea ‘coast to coast’ for the charity Cord in just over 10 hours riding time. Since then Paul has returned to time trials for the first time in 30 years in pursuit of his 9 year old daughter!
Lucie Terry undertook the 170 mile ‘Way of the Roses’ ride in support of Macmillan cancer support, raising a spectacular £7500 for the charity.
Chris Connor took on the full Ironman UK triathlon in 2019 (with arguably the toughest bike course it has ever had) in 11 hours 46 minutes and finished in the top 10%. He’s also taken part in the iconic Fred Whitton Challenge, Mallorca 312km Sportive, the Sigma Sports Cheshire 125mile and lots of other local sportives and triathlons in recent years.
