What Should I Do If A Driver Hits My Bike With Their Car?

If a driver hits your bike with their car, you need to remain calm and try to be as polite as possible to avoid conflict. If possible, make a note of your exact location where the incident occurred. You should then collect the details of the driver and any witnesses, including name, address, and vehicle registration number. Take pictures of the road surface including any skid marks and debris, as well as images of any damage on the vehicle to ensure you have plenty of evidence to make a claim. You will also need to report the incident to the police.
