From 2005, Consultant Solicitor Paul Darlington worked closely with Cycling England and the Cycling Demonstration Town project, attending conferences and courses organised by the Association of Commuter Transport including cycle route design and implementation. More recently, Lucie Terry undertook the 170 mile ‘Way of the Roses’ ride in support of Macmillan cancer support, raising a spectacular £7500 for the charity.
Chris Connor took on the full Ironman UK triathlon in 2019 (with arguably the toughest bike course it has ever had) in 11 hours 46 minutes and finished in the top 10%. He’s also taken part in the iconic Fred Whitton Challenge, Mallorca 312km Sportive, the Sigma Sports Cheshire 125mile and lots of other local sportives and triathlons in recent years.
