Each year, Headway – the brain injury association release their Directory of Solicitors to help those needing assistance to find specialist Solicitors with experience in handling brain injury cases. Each of the solicitors featured in this Directory has agreed to work within the Headway Personal Injury Lawyers Code of Conduct, which tells you about the service you can expect from your Solicitor.
All of the approved firms featured in the Directory have been through Headway’s rigorous application process and provided evidence of working procedures and experience.
Cycle-SOS will feature in the Directory in the North West area though we do offer our specialist legal services to cyclists nationwide.
Headway is a charity which aims to promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury and provide information, support and services to survivors, their families and carers. Headway also campaign to reduce incidences of brain injury.
In addition to producing the directory of Solicitors, Headway have put together ‘questions you should ask your Solicitor’ to assist the injured person in making a decision about which firm would be the best fit to represent them.
We hope that Cycle-SOS’ inclusion in the Directory will assist in signposting cyclists that have suffered a brain injury to an experienced, specialist representative that understands their needs and can properly understand the mechanics of their accident.
