London to Paris is a popular charity challenge and of course France is a country obsessed with cycling, so as a cyclist, the chances are you will find yourself riding on French soil at some point. And if you are, this guide is for you!

To help you get by, below we have put together the French translations to some of those all important cycling words and phrases you might need whilst riding your bike on the other side of the Channel.
